Just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciate you and all that you did for us from the very beginning. You were very thorough, transparent, and valuable in making our trip to Riviera Maya a perfect success. More Importantly, our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without you're help and everything you did for our guests to ensure they had all of the most up to date info they needed to make travel during this uncertain time as smooth as possible.

    Sam and I just got back from another wedding in Puerta Vallarta Hard Rock using the same travel agent from two years ago. We also had guests that attended our wedding attend this one, and the travel agent provided minimal information or documents regarding covid, immigration, etc. The guests who attended our wedding went back through emails they received from you to retrieve everything and shared with their family and friends to avoid any issues through customs and with Covid protocols. 

    So just wanted to say thank you for your diligence, patience, transparency, and hard work. We really appreciate it.
